RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At LUSSURIA, we take pride in the quality and curation of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process for eligible items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unused and unworn with no signs of wear, perfume, or alterations.
In its original packaging (including all tags, dust bags, or boxes).
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your package was marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to submit a return request. Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Items that have been used, worn, or washed.
Items missing original packaging or tags.
Sale items or items purchased during a "Final Sale" promotion (if applicable).
Pre-order items: Because these are made specifically for your spot on our list, they may be subject to different terms (unless the item arrives damaged).
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team via email:

Please include a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at the email above so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Policy

At Lussuria, we strive to provide a seamless and premium experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door in Houston or beyond.
1. Order Status & Availability
All items on our website will be clearly marked with one of the following statuses:
In Stock / Available: Ready for immediate processing.
Out of Stock: Currently unavailable for purchase.
Pre-Order: Items currently in production. (2-6 Weeks)
2. Processing vs. Shipping Times
Please note that Processing Time and Shipping (Transit) Time are different:
Processing: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. This is the time it takes for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for the carrier.
Shipping: Once processed, orders normally arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location relative to our hub in Houston, Texas.
Note: Processing and shipping times may fluctuate due to high volume, federal holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-ordered items typically take 3-6 weeks to be manufactured. These items will be shipped immediately upon arrival at our facility.
Batches: We receive new batches constantly. Your specific shipping date may vary slightly (sooner or later) depending on your "spot" on our order list. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
4. Carriers & Liability
We primarily ship through USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Carrier Responsibility: Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Lussuria is no longer responsible for the package.
Issues in Transit: If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the respective carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as the label is created.
